     We have many convenient E-Z Pay plans to meet your budget.  You can qualify for E-Z Pay at your first visit putting your entire bill on your monthly plan.  E-Z pay patients have Saturday appointments made available to them.

Senior citizens are special to us.  So special we provide 20% thank you discounts.  This allows us to show our respect for you and thankfullness for all you did in your lifetime.          Thank you.

Preapproved personal checks for our established patients are accepted.

Insurance?  On your first visit we ask you pay your entire balance in full.  Afterwards we will bill your confirmed insurance company and ask that you pay your estimated co-payment at the time of service or we can calculate your total estimated copay for the entire treatment plan and you may use our E-Z Pay monthly plan for your convenience and total care.

                      Ask about our DISCOUNT programs.

College discounts are available with a valid student ID.  Dr Caruso feels a special bond to the working college student as he also worked his way thru college and dental school to pay for his education.  Full time college students currently employed are granted a -20 % discount.

If you are employed by the Jersey City Board of Education, Jersey City Police and Jersey City Firefighters you receive a "thank you" discount  of -20% on all treatment rendered to you and your family.  We thank you for your dedication.
