Dr Caruso's chairside manner is what makes him so well loved.  He believes in the old adage of "never treat a stranger".  With that in mind he knows each and every patient as a person prior to any discussion of dental topics.  Explanations by diagrams and models along with the video images of your teeth assist in the understanding of your problem and solution. His attention to detail motivates him to cater all his activities in the office to the complete satisfaction of each and every patient, yet only one patient at a time.

Julie manages the activities at the front desk.  Her cheerfull voice is the one which greets you when you call for an appointment.  Julie also arranges E-Z Pay plans for your convenience.  She is second to none and is known for her caring manner to all.  Julie is loved by everyone.

Julie oversees the staff and makes your visit to our office effortless and relaxing.  Her input into the office decor and ambiance is seen and felt by staff and patients alike.  Julie's creativity and artistic side are a valuable asset as well as her personality.We all appreciate Julie.

Joy                                        Certified Dental Patient Assistant

Joy comes to us after raising a family here in Jersey City. She and her husband have children in college now which allowed Joy to go back to school and learn dental assisting.  She recently received a degree in certified dental assisting (CDA)and radiology.  We are all very proud of her accomplishments.  Joy provides balance and stability to our assisting staff and we all look up to her.  She is often requested to assist by her patients and very well liked by all.

Isabel                                Dental Patient Assistant / Front Desk

Isabel is a spark that fuels the fire.  Her enthusiasm is felt as soon as she enters the room.  As a chairside assistant she will reassure you and take away your fears and apprehension while providing competent assisting skills.  She is also an assistant at the front desk.  A pleasure always.

Nora                                    Dental Patient Assistant

Nora recently started   with us and comes with experience in a pediatric dental office.  She loves children.  Nora is an old hand at the assisting role. Her smile and fun nature are loved by all.  She is most welcomed by us and we look forward to a long career for Nora.

Brenda Rose                         Front Desk / Dental Patient Assistant

Brenda comes to us with hospital experience and is well versed taking care of administrative duties at the front desk.  In the treatment room her lively personality and experience is well suited for the pace and flow of our office and you too will enjoy her chairside manner during procedures.
